All entries must be cooked on the official BBQ contest grounds. Entries are limited to Pork, Chicken and/or
Beef.Cooking can only be done on a charcoal, wood, or propane fired device. Meats that are boiled (only) or fried (only) will not be accepted. The BBQ Contestant is responsible for observing accepted and prudent temperature and sanitary requirements. Must bring your items(s) to the judging area at 3pm. Contestants cannot sell samples to the general public. All other rules and regulations will be disclosed at the captains meeting. A portion of the proceeds will go to the MFFBA Toy Drive.
